I booked an appointment here for March back in February, six weeks in advance because they had no availabilities. This in and of itself is not an issue, as I was hoping to get my hair bleached and I knew this would take a fair few hours, meaning they would need to find an opening long enough for this procedure.
What was an issue, however, was when they called to confirm my appointment the day before, and then I receive a message not even two hours before the appointment telling me that my booking had to be cancelled because my stylist was sick. I know you can't help being sick, but I was offered

The most fabulous hair and beauty salon. Altered images has been an important part of my life for two decades. My nineteen year old daughter has never had her hair done anywhere else. Narelle is a true professional and her team are outstanding and highly recommended. I look ten years younger because of the great job they do!

I love this salon. I have literally been to every salon in greater Brisbane and Natalie is the only stylist who gets my hair right every time. Great cuts, great colour, great customer service. Such a lovely group of ladies at Altered Images. You won't regret it if you go here. I make the journey all the way from the Westen suburbs to get the perfect cut. Love love love these guys!!!
