A three bedroom, two bathroom apartment, fully self contained with separate spa bath in main bedroom en suite. The apartment features open plan style living, tastefully decorated, incorporating the large living room and kitchen with centrally located breakfast bar /preparation bench, dining area opening onto a large balcony with fantastic lake and ocean views across the village, TV, DVD player, Free Austar channels.
The main bedroom has excellent lake and ocean views, while the other bedrooms look out over the rear landscaped gardens. Some units have spa baths in the main bedroom en suite. Each apartment is fully self -contained with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The lounge has a private balcony with great lake and ocean views overlooking the village.
A fabulous 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Apartment with stunning lake and ocean views from Master Bedroom, Lounge Room & Balcony. An open plan family kitchen featuring dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic cook top full oven, huge 537 litre fridge with anoutdoor garden patio. Ideally situated 300 metres from CBD and coffee precinct, 1.2 klms from Main Beach and only a short 1 klm walk to RSL or Bowling club.
The majority of units in the complex are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully self contained apartments. The kitchen dining area seats 6 people and includes a large refrigerator, full oven and grill, microwave oven, dishwasher, ample cupboard storage. There is a separate laundry with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
Unit 2 is the only 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom unit with a spa bath, on the front row it has great views of the Lake, Ocean and Fishpen. One of the best units at Pacific Heights Unit 2 is very popular, the easterly aspect ensures the morning sun. At Pacific Heights we have the views, we look down over Fishpen to the Blue Pacific Ocean, imagine yourself on the balcony with an ice cold beer taking in the sensational views.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The well maintained 70’s/80’s decor took me back to memories of childhood holidays. The owners are friendly and accommodating hosts who made us feel very welcomed. The apartment provided everything you could need and the views out over oyster farms were great to wake up to in the morning. Convenient location only 2min walk to shops. My only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn’t work well from the front of the apartment, but when towards the back it was fine.

Very nice accommodation...great views from Balcony can see Oyster Beds Tidal River out to Ocean and Beaches magnificent views .
A pool ..to swim in.....good heating inside if needed easy walk to town ship downhill uphill coming home ..very very pleasant stay ..highly recommend for reasonable price .

No.13 unit is the best by far! Heaps of storage and double mirrored wardrobes. Bedroom with amazing views of the lake and ocean. Lounge room with balcony and seating area-perfect for whale watching season! Full kitchen also with inside and outside seating area, again perfect view of paradise.
Walking distance to the boardwalk, shops and the beach.
Outdoor pool on site with BBQ area- super clean!
Parking space right on your door step and under cover.
Heaps to do and see, spoilt for choice with cafes, food and drinks.
Locals are super friendly. :)

This was comfortable accommodation with amazing view over the estuary, lake & ocean. It was 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 small balconys with table & chairs, full kitchen, dining, lounge & carport. The only thing is its not suitable if you have any mobility issues as there are 4 internal staircase's to each area.

Such a fabulous accomodation for a big family! It has a wonderful view towards oyster farms. Since this place is located in the center of Merimbula. Easy to get Mcdonalds and to walk to the beach(next to the playgrounds) which takes about 30 mins. I would recommend this place to friends for holidays! Home No.26 has modern furniture but only TV quality was really bad. Better enjoy Electronics Detox holidays :)

Probably the best value for money holiday accommodation we've had in many years. We were there during school spring break and the kids loved it. Fantastic views (likely the best you can get) of the Merimbula Lake and main beach, well appointed/maintained units, within a walking distance from the attractions and shops, and a very nice manager (Mike).
