Each 2 bedroom apartment is fully self-contained and there is a choice of accommodation in a one or two bathroom, ground or top floor apartments, all with R/C air conditioning.All apartments come with private north facing balconies/patios and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and your own laundry, including washing machine and clothes dryer.

Services
Rates are for 2 people, extra guests/bedding are charged at $30.00 per person per week/stay. Apartment Occupancy: Maximum of 4 persons except by prior arrangement. Linen is supplied. Nightly rates are available on application. Deposits are refundable only on 40 days notice of cancellation, or if fully rebooked.

Great place to stay a weekend or a couple of weeks with lots of things to do in the area of just relax. The location is great with easy access to the beach, boardwalk or local cafes. Recommend room no 1 with the, en-suite, spa bath, pool and sea view and front door access. Managers are very friendly and helpful.

Hidden little gem on the far south coast,we had room 4 lower floor and found it had every thing we needed, really well maintained property and Ros and Tony were a pleasure to deal with. We had a six week break with a week at Bayview and found this was the best of all. P.S Beds are really comfy and will be back .

The perfect location to enjoy Merimbula! As a family who love fishing, beaches and photography, Bayview is in the ideal location. It’s one of those places you don’t want to tell anyone about but Ros and Tony make you feel so welcome that you can’t help but want to promote the place. Definitely missing the short walk to our favourite fishing spot but look forward to visiting again!

Have been a regular at Bayview apartments for many years, have tried others but nothing comes close to the beautiful outlook and serenity of this little gem. The new managers Tony and Roz are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning for many more years to come.
