My husband bought me some earrings for my 50th birthday and the customer service we received from Tina was amazing. She couldn’t do enough to accommodate the purchase including changing the setting. She also offered to hand deliver the earrings on a public holiday when the store was closed just so I could have them on my actual birthday. Would highly recommend this store and I’m thrilled with my earrings.

Absolutely thrilled with the end result- beautiful and exactly what I wanted... even though I didn’t know what I wanted! Obviously the most important thing is the end result because it's to last forever, however the buying experience is important. Had to have wedding ring remade due to 40 years of wear. Using gold from that and another ring, Dracakis reproduced the style (including unusual etching of the surface) keeping as close to the original as possible. Good service and beautiful result.
