Service was very professional and the shop is beautiful. I got my wedding band remodeled and it is stunning however was 2 sizes too big. I moved overseas just as it was complete so couldn't take it back and now cannot get it small enough because the diamonds wrap around (had to pay to get it 1 size smaller but still too big). Just double check you have dotted your i's and crossed your t's before leaving.

Sahar was absolutely lovely and her customer service was exquisite! She helped me pick out, source and draw up designs for an amazing ring and my partner loved it!

I don't write many negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience wasn't so great.
We chose this jeweller to have our wedding rings made as we live in the area and always like to support local business.
My engagement ring was my husbands grandmothers ring, 1920 era, so I wanted to have a wedding band made to fit it.
We went in and designed it with Sahar and we decided on a bezel diamond band that curved around the engagement ring. See picture in the middle.
My husband chose a hammered band.
We paid 50% deposit and walked away happy with our choices.

The experience we had with Sahar exceeded every expectation. I met her when, on a whim, I popped into the store to see if she had a champagne coloured diamond which I was considering at the time. We had recently gotten engaged and had been looking at diamonds from all over the place.
Sahar was friendly, warm and genuinely interested in my own personal taste. She offered to do some sourcing so that we could get a sense of diamonds, and introduced me to the concept of ethical lab diamonds. I have purchased here, and twice had jewellery repaired and its time I said something about the wonderful customer service and attention I have experienced at Jewellery Galleria. A beautiful repair was done to a precious chain and a bent wedding ring. The cost was so reasonable and the repair turnaround just a matter of days. In the case of my ring it was the next day. Sometimes we get lucky and garner a top class business in our suburban shopping centre.

If I could have left no stars I would have. I dropped my ring off in June to have it repaired. When it came back after 3 weeks the soldering on the repair was of a very poor standard. I requested that the soldering be made to look as it does on the other side of the setting, ie smooth and not a lump. It went back to the workshop and when it came back after a further 2 weeks the issue with the soldering had only partly been fixed. I requested that the ring be sent back to the workshop and when it returned for the third time the centre stone in the setting is now not straight in the setting. This

Sahar and team are absolutely first class! We had our wedding bands designed and made by Jewelleria Galleria. The whole process from start to finish was fantastic, Sahar went out of her way to ensure we were happy with the designs and is a true pro at it! The finished products were stunning, we were so pleased with them and very reasonable considering end to end bespoke creations. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!
