what an absolute joke of a company - read all the negative comments , the theme is quite clear had 4 properties with them
- will not contact you for weeks
- make excuse after excuse on why damage is not repaired and then later even deny it even happened
- tenants call me directly , because of they poor service
- very new to industry agents , who know nothing about real estate
will simply take your money and run - do your self a favour pay that extra and go with someone who knows what they are doing

The staff here was very welcoming and kind , its very professional as well as it being comfortable to be yourself around the staff. My supervisors made sure i was always okay with all the work and made sure that i could depend on them whenever i had trouble. The 3 major keys things I experienced while lasing with Sandy from Best Value Real Estate, Professionalism, Clear Communications, Smooth Transition. The unit was leased within 3 weeks of my first meeting and I was guided on each step, the support post leasing was great.
