Really had bad experience with this real estate, we bought an off the plan property in Liverpool from them.For three years, nothing happened with that property, never received any information from this real estate on progression despite several attempts from our lawyer. Our sunset date extended by one year. We requested so many times to vendor to rescind, no response from the vendor and no help from this real estate. After 3 years we finally got out of that contract. Be careful when you buy off the plan property from this real estate. This family business gave worst experience in our life.

Our first property manager was very unhelpful, always had to be chased up via both phone call and e-mail but would still usually struggle to get a response or call back however over the past few months Sue Sanja has been our property manager and has been very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much for making the last few months of our tenancy so pleasant, Sue!

Worst experience. Rented a 4bd 2.5bathroom property through them and when we vacated the property they tried to claim the full amount of bond, $2400. The only issues which we were more than willing to compromise on and pay for were light scratches on one part of the floor throughout the whole house, 2 small holes on the wall the size of a coin which we initially covered but required sanding to even it out but instead they provided us with a quote from their handy man which said each hole would cost $600 which brought the total to $1200 for holes the size of a 20c coin which was already patched
