Don't trust Dalya! Highly unprofessional and dodgy!
Dalya showed us a 708sqm two storeyed house on Highlands Way, Rouse hill on 3rd June 2021 at 5:15pm. At around 5:30pm we completed the tour and told her that we want to proceed and that will match the best price (which she told us was $1.05Million). We asked her to provide the contract and that our conveyancer is waiting for the contract and can check it immediately. Dalya told us that she will email it a short while later as she cannot send through her phone due to the file size.
We again sent an sms at 6:52pm on the same day (3rd June 2021
