Services
Diathermy works by coagulating the red vein using a fine wire probe, by doting along the capillary. The number of treatments you require may vary, depending upon the size of your veins and red spots. It is common to require 1-3 treatments to clear most facial veins. Some patients report feeling a slight stinging sensation during their Red Vein Removal treatment followed by some redness which usually settles in 2-4 hours.
Electrolysis is a permanent hair removal method. It involves the insertion of a fine wire probe into the hair follicle to the hair root. The hair root is disabled via a mild thermolysis (heat) or galvanic current whereby the hair can be released and easily slide out. The hair is removed on the day of treatment.
IPL stands for Intense Pulse Light, the light creates heat that will "cook" the hair follicle. If the hair has the appropriate conditions, it will fall out over approximately a week. IPL is permanent hair reduction. There are varying reasons why IPL will work or will not work. Thorough consultation is really important to make sure we and the client are on the same page.
IPL photo rejuvenation helps to minimise skin imperfections like pigmentation, age spots, fine lines and enlarged pores and facial capillaries (facials veins). IPL will also stimulate collagen creating a more smoother and plump appearance. IPL Rejuvenation involves pulses of light emitted onto the skin to create a warm sensation that will be attracted to the colour of pigment and capillaries.
Skin Needling AKA Collagen Induction Therapy or in this case Fractional Mesotherapy is a non-invasive, clinical treatment that uses microscopic uniform needles to treat a variety of skin conditions ranging from ageing and pigmentation to acne scarring and stretch marks. We apply a numbing cream at Bare Bella though the treatment will require no downtime and have no discomfort.
