Conans is a down to earth gym. Luke and his team have been amazing for me as I have lost strength and muscle due to cancer and the treatments thereof. Luke has both a rehab component as well as strength and toning regimes. My wife loves their relaxed yet focussed approach to her toning and fitness. A great atmosphere of fun yet serious training for all.

Conan Fitness is a great gym, more like a personal studio that has friendly staff and clients.
Luke and his team are great motivators and I am getting outstanding results and I am no gym junkie.
The classes are a great workout run by experienced instructors and there are plenty of classes to choose from.
Conan has plenty of gym and cardio equipment and is open early til late.
Highly recommend this place as its not your typical gym.
