From training my friends in their backyards and dusty old gym sheds, to working in large cooperate gyms and having a successful fitness business.
Our personal training programs are designed to help you build that toned look you're after. To increase your energy levels and get you feeling stronger and more confident. Lean muscle gain will also correct your posture and give you that athletic physique. We use a variety of different training methods and equipment to ensure your muscles are properly trained and you build a well-rounded physique that you can be proud of.

Andrej is a brilliant trainer. I've had trainers previously but none of them has helped me achieve the results I have in such a small amount of time. A brilliant all rounder who focuses as much on nutrition as well as exercise. He's happy to focus on what I'm trying to achieve and guide me along the way. A great bloke to top it all off! Can highly recommend!

I love fitness and I've trained with many personal trainers over the years, I just wish I would have found Andrej sooner! He's made me more efficient and confident around the gym, helped me to choose exercises that get me the results I've been wanting and is helping me with my nutrition. He took my passion for weightlifting and fitness and re-directed me in the right direction for the best results! I wouldn't recommend anyone else

My first session with Andrej was 12 August .... and my only regret is not signing up with him sooner ! Not only has my body changed, energy level increased, but I am also enjoying every minute I spend in the gym, without feeling self-conscious and that’s because Andrej is so incredibly supportive and encouraging ! He also deserves every cent paid for putting up with me that early in the morning 🤣
If you do one special thing for yourself for this year - get yourself to the gym with Andrej 🙌🏽 I know that I’ll be doing everything I can to keep Andrej as my PT for a very long while !

I started with Andrej the past Saturday morning. His instructions make sense right away and the assessment thorough. Monday was a monster! I indulged too much in the warmup and cool down periods and I am still paying the price. Today was much better and the muscle memory took over with ease. The shoulder shrugs is still biting and lingering into my trapezius muscles. I am loving the flow of the app and program guiding me onto the next. The day rest in between is doing wonders in not overwhelming me in my current motivation. Thank you this has given me a positive boost! A definite recommend for

I’ve been training with Andrej for almost nine months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I attend the gym daily and train twice a week with Andrej, he has developed four programs covering almost 80 different exercises. I have really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions. He has tailored the programs to my specific needs, after major shoulder surgery I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise.

Andrej is a legend!!! I can't recommend him highly enough. I started back at PT after a break of about 6 months due to being in a pretty bad mental state with depression and anxiety. Andrej kicked my fitness in the butt and reinvigorated my passion for working out, which has in turn really improved my mental health. And we have had some laughs along the way! I've learnt more from Andrej than from any other PT I've had in the past. He's a smart man!

I returned to the gym in mid 2017 after an absence of over 10 years and was fortunate to be introduced to Andrej for my initial PT effort. I had trained with a PT previously but Andrej exhibited an extensive knowledge of resistance training (and nutrition) as well as excellent patience as I learned to do the various exercises properly (some for the first time !!).
I have now been with Andrej nearly 3 years, having continued with a twice weekly PT session with him. The results have been excellent, surpassing my strength and body tone of 10 years previous.

Andrej is always punctual, gives a great workout always with top notch professional advice, and custom writes a new 6-week schedule that has not once been repetitive or uninteresting.
