Services
Boronia Park Medical Centre offers a wide range of bulk billing services that pertain to all aspects of General Practice. Other services might be available upon request, please check with our friendly reception for further information. If you are uncertain as to what length of appointment you require, please ask our reception staff at the time of booking your appointment.
Please help us maintain medical care by providing us with the following courtesy. This helps us be respectful of other patients' need and allows us to give the appointment to another patient in need. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require at least 2 hours' notice of cancellation by contacting us on 3809 2333.
Clinical Psychology services are provided with evidence-based treatments for various clinical presentations including services for the child, adult, and older adult clients. Therapies are provided, but not limited to, Cognitive- Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Boronia Park Medical Centre provides bulk billing services provided you present a valid Medicare card. Non-Medicare cardholders will be charged standard consultation fees. I've never liked doctors, telling people about their own bodies and stuff, but these doctors are great! I see two regulars there, Dr Holly and Dr Ling and they are terrific. Very thorough in explaining exactly what they're doing, what they're seeing and how they're going to help get me back on track. The receptionists are incredibly friendly and make signing in so much easier. You can book online here and that makes everything so much easier. Just. Select a time and day and you can see if your doctor is available.

Our family and extended family & friends have been patients for well over 15 years. When Dr. Hides was there it was a fantastic place to visit, all the staff were wonderful, even when she left the new owners were just the same and so were the staff. Recently all the wonderful helpful staff are no longer there, now it seems to be a place where staff cannot communicate with patients properly, the family friendly vibe and fantastic customer service is now longer there. At times, you are made to feel uncomfortable being Australian. After our last visit we have decided to look for another doctor.

This Practice is a bulk billing practice and is therefore very busy. We offer patients quality care bulk billed. Many patients take a little longer than expected. Patients need to arrive on time and book the required amount of time with the doctor. Patients should arrive on time, this enables the GP to better handle to patient load and lessen the wait time. Walk in patients are welcome but booked appointments and emergencies will be seen first. Walk in patients are asked to sit and wait or given a time frame in which they should return - usually around 40 mintues. Please see our website to book

My regular family doctor, always get great service from all the staff. Sometimes can be seen before my appointment, sometime there is a 10-15 min wait. Even though there might be a wait, it is not something the clinic can control as every patient has their own needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else, keep up the good work!
