Services
Please ring the medical centre and speak to our friendly reception staff to arrange an appointment at a time convenient to you. Our GP's are very popular so it is advisable to plan well ahead as you may not be able to book an appointment at short notice with the Doctor of your choice. It is greatly appreciated if you are able to phone the medical centre if you are unable to attend your appointment.
He has had the privilege of caring for people from birth through to adulthood and providing medical care for grandparents, parents and their children in the one family - becoming a family's general practitioner across generations. Dr Hales has a special interest in paediatrics and is available for consultations Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
At Crestmead our general practitioners deliver a range of acute, chronic, and preventive medical care services while providing patients with a patient-centered medical home. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, they also provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunisation and screening tests, and personalised counselling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
During pregnancy it is important to have regular health checks to monitor the baby's development and the mother's health. All our Doctors at Crestmead Medical Centre provide pregnancy care and participate in shared care with our local hospitals. Participating in shared care allows a greater opportunity for continuity of care for you and your new baby (when he or she arrives) during the pregnancy and after birth.
Chronic Disease Management in General Practice involves appropriate prevention, early identification and best practice management strategies. Your General Practitioner and our staff including the allied health services quite often are the first point of contact for you in providing supportive care of your health condition.

After being screwed over by other doctor clinics, Dr Nicholas Weng put my mind at ease! He listens and makes sure you are clear on everything before you leave the room. Very professional and walks you through everything step by step before conducting anything.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star! Dr Asoka is the most arrogant person I've ever come across! Rushes people out the door without even speaking to them like human beings. Because she is a doctor she is above all!!! My first pregnancy here in Australia so wanting to understand how everything works here, as it is way different in NZ and was told "don't compare it to nz! I'm not i was wanting an understanding how it works. Her answers were pathetic don't be mad at me she says blame your government. I left there stressed and with absolutely no knowledge of where to even go to next with my pregnancy, she

Been going there for 15 years approximately, Dr Hales is the best by far , love you Doc !!!! Today I lost my wallet there first time ever , really was stressing me out I only had $ 5 cash inside but it's all the cards and identifications , what a hassle to replace , when I rang Annette she said hold on I can see it !!! I was so lucky to get everything back 👌👌👌 next time I have spare money I'll shout the whole place breakfast including the doctors lol .

Had my first Covid vaccination today with Dr Greg Hales
From entering the clinic ,to receiving my Vaccine I experienced a positive attitude and professional expertise
I was aware of their expertise due to being myself a retired allied health worker
I am very surprised at some of the negative posts re this clinic
I love a GP who tells it as it is..

& was met by A Doctor & Ask to come on Through!
The Doctor was very understanding & Listen to me

I saw Dr Greg Hales regarding my medical condition. I have never felt more uncomfortable. His mannerism was in inappropriate, unprofessional. I felt extremely uneasy at the way he stared at my body. He made remarks about my eyes and mouth. Please see a different family physician at another practice if you can and avoid this one at all cost.
