The coffee is good. The rest isn’t. Their food is designed for children not an adult. The pancakes need to be bigger. I am glad we had it for dessert or else I wouldn’t eat it as a breakfast.
We never had an issue with customer service but now I am questing our visits. We had an issue with one of the staff because we ordered a dirty chai and we clearly asked if it comes with 2 shots of coffee and she said yes. Then she comes back with the drink and added only one. She said sorry it’s my fault but it only came with one!! Well did you not think to ask us before you made the drink??? Or did

I bought a long black decaf coffee and mocha. Upon taking a few mouthfuls of the decaf my mouth blistered inside. I'm allergic to mould. This is an immune mediated reaction. I feel really sick now. The machine or portafilter needs cleaning and regularly! I received a refund. The experience was unwelcome and unnecessary. I'll never go back. We chose to eat elsewhere now.

The place is in the middle of mall and I was just occupying one seat (store was 30% occupied) while I waited on my wife and I was asked rudely by a member of staff to leave if I wasn't going to purchase anything. I can understand if you're busy but they weren't. This place is never getting my business. Staff needs to learn how to respect people.
Update : fully aware of the public seating area which was full. The review is centered around the way the situation was handled by the stuff. A point which the reply doesn't address.

I have come to explain something scientific and clear. The reaction that I had was to microbial contamination. Bacteria and mould are both still well capable of causing immunological response even after being "killed" these microbes remain inflammatory or downright sickening. The contaminates are most likely in the portafilter and the temperature that passes through there isn't that high. I'm sure your procedure is to clean the machine daily, but I asked to see the inside of the portafilter and the girl serving wouldn't show me. Convenience is key for this cafe. It's got a great location in the middle of the Westfield. The menu options are fairly standard. You can get cooked breakfast and lunch options that focus on bread, bacon, eggs and assorted extras. They have healthy options too, like quinoa salads and acai berry smoothie bowls. They have some great pastries in the cake cabinet near the register. Service was quick, but you have to order at the counter and there is no split bills allowed. I went there a while back, tried the food which wasn't really to my taste. The coffee was good. On the second try of this place, we only had coffee.
This time our coffee was burnt, so I went back to let them know. After some conversation about whether it was burnt or whether the blend was strong, the manager brought out fresh coffee and asked us to let her know how it tasted. The coffee was much improved, and was very nicely made.
She was a good manager who was training new staff, so it must have been a busy day for the business. A lot of happy looking customers were there too, so they are doing
