Services
Nestled in the bustling Market Place, Bare Naked Bowls is Manly's answer for Acai Bowls. Bringing the Acai bowl to Manly and doing it their way was a dream come true for owners Josh and Ashley. The home of Bare Naked Bowls boasts picturesque coastlines where nature reigns supreme. What better way to enjoy the chilled, surfy vibes of Manly whilst devouring one of Sydney's most iconic acai bowls.
This buzzing, eclectic, inner-city neighbourhood is a place of many contrasts. Enjoy your organic, superfood fix like a local and wander along the blossoming jacaranda lined streets. Or instead, sit back and chillax in the back room which is flooded with sunlight whilst devouring your favourite Acai bowl.
Calling all early birds, sun chasers, foodies and beach goers. Sit back, relax and watch the waves roll in whilst indulging in a bowl of superfood heaven next to Dee Why Beach. If you're lucky enough, be sure to snap up the most Instagrammable seat in the house over-looking the beach and Ted Jackson Reserve.
We heard that Brisbane was calling for an organic, superfood caf, so here you have us. Acai Bowls and tropical weather makes a whole lot of sense to us, so what are you waiting for. You'll find us on the main street of Toowong, right alongside our friends Naked Foods and Wholehealth Pharmacy. Together we pride ourselves on delivering a whole health hub for all of you superfood junkies to get your fix.
What's better than one Bare Naked Bowls in a suburb called Manly? Two! Manly, NSW is the home of Bare Naked Bowls so it's only fitting that our next Brisbane store location is set by the sunny, coastal side of Brisbane. We're big fans of the small-local community feels in this harbour town - there is just something so heart-warming about knowing the names of nearly all of the locals!

I love a good acai bowls and always keen to try them when I see them on a menu. There were plenty of options to choose from and asked for their recommendation and was suggested the Rio Bowl if I'm a fan of peanut butter, and a big fan I am!
I wish there was more peanut butter though it was a nice blend of flavours and textures. I would definitely have it again and recommend to others!

Love! I go there honestly probably too much haha. Just recently got new owners, and it's really evident the care that's gone into giving this place some new life. The staff are wonderful people and the bowls are delicious!

Love the Acai and Smoothie bowls. The Manly bowl, Power bowl, and the Beach bowl are my favs... The Dragon Slam smoothie is excellent as is the Acai cacao smoothie. Not only are their bowls healthy but they are super tasty. You can always take away the honey to reduce the natural sugars if you desire. Highly recommended this place for breakfast or brunch. They have added some new bowls as of late and they have houghnuts which are super yummy oven baked, gluten free, refined sugar free healthy donuts. You can order ahead on their app which is great so when you turn up its ready to pick up. The seating

Bare Naked Bowls offered the best smoothie bowls in Sydney - a must-go-to for everyone with a sweet tooth.
My all time favourite is the Green Bowl - incredibly fruity and delicious. Bonus, it is super healthy. I keep bringing my friendly to this place - Manly and Bronte as my favourite locations - and they all love it.

Lovely staff and the bowls were amazing!
The only point I don't understand is, why they hand out paper bowls also for those who are eating at the Café. Reusable bowls would be much better.

Their acai/smoothie bowls are some of the best I've had, along with their raw treats! We got the power bowl and the ocean bowl, which were large, filling and well worth the price paid. We hardly waited at all. Highly recommend 😊

They do the best Superfood Smoothies on the Northern Beaches, especially after a good training ride. Grab yourself a Naked Berry Smoothie you won't regret it. They aren't the cheapest but your buying quality. They sometimes have long ques and wait time because they are super popular! It's worth the wait!

It’s cute, iconic, and of course instagramable. I wouldn’t say it was the best bowl I’ve ever had - but it was definitely good. It is pricey, but hello this is Sydney. My husband and I split a bowl as an afternoon snack. We went once, took the pictures, enjoy the great ambiance of the space. But I might give another place a try if I’m in the area again

Amazing foods, some vegan options too which was great. Unfortunately the biggest downfall is the waiting time and service. It always seems to be understaffed and the staff themselves seem like they don't want to be there which makes the environment seem a bit hostile. It's a shame because the food alone is 5 stars. The picture I've posted is the paleo bowl which was flawless and delicious! Hope this feedback helps your company. *EDIT* - Just to clarify and respond to your response, I have been here both on weekends and weekdays and have had the same experience.
