I first found the love for helping people when I did work experience at a law firm in my home town in the country. I moved to the city and gained experience in law firms and then into specialised conveyancing offices until I had the opportunity to open my own business in 2015. Studying for my Diploma whilst working full time and raising my 3 beautiful children.

You may not realise certain conditions need to be placed into a contract or misunderstand that the contract allows for certain conditions when it does not, therefore ensure you get the correct advice upfront.
I then need to understand exactly how to best assist you, and collect all the relevant information I need. We arrange an appointment to sign all of the legal documentation and complete your verification of identity. This was my first time using Natalie, and she went above and beyond to ensure my settlement happened on time!
This is a statement provided by the vendor (the seller) setting out to the purchaser (the buyer) the interests of persons and government entities not a party to the contract for sale and purchase of land. Your conveyancer attends on your behalf and once settlement is completed you will be notified by receiving a phone call and/or email.
