Independent Civil Conveyancing

I am sure to lock you in as my preferred conveyancer when I decide to purchase (or sell for that matter) my next property. I wish to highly recommend Tania Haines who did a brilliant job on my behalf as a conveyancer on recent property transactions. My mother told me if you can't say anything good, keep quiet.

Regarding you, it's a different story. We wish to thank you for being the only person who as acted professionally in the exercise and sincerely wish you well in your business. We would not hesitate to recommend you. Your communication and help throughout the process was first class and I am really glad I reached out to you and asked you to assist.
Services
Independent Civil Conveyancing offers the full range of conveyancing services for clients who need to deal with the Lands Titles Office (LTO) or Land Services Group (LSG). We are legally qualified* SA Registered Conveyancers who have chosen Conveyancing as a specialist career path. Our clients receive a higher standard of service which, we believe, provides them with excellent value.
No settlement delays, sound legal support, honest and reliable, transparent, communicative and low professional fees. We take our fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of our clients (not ourselves) very seriously. That is the fundamental service we offer. Independent Civil Conveyancing can conduct online property settlements with PEXA, the Australian Government's platform for conveyancing.
Conveyancing (or more correctly 'conveyance') is the legal term for the process by which ownership of property is transferred from one person to another. A conveyance is a deed (legal document) that conveys a house from the vendor (seller) to the buyer, thereby transferring ownership. Choose an SA Registered Conveyancer who offers electronic settlements as well as traditional paper.
Avoid using the estate agent's recommended conveyancer as it will likely be a commission based recommendation which is against the law and will cost you more. Independent Civil Conveyancing will draw up the terms of engagement with you, setting out their charges. See our guide on conveyancing fees to give you an idea of what conveyancers include in their fees and what you should expect to pay.
South Australia is committed to the implementation of the National Electronic Conveyancing (NEC) initiative which provides a single system for online completion of real property transactions and lodging land title dealings throughout Australia. The NEC last was drafted in 2012 as the basis for a national scheme for the electronic signing and lodgement of registry documents (e-conveyancing).

As a first home buyer, I was so glad I had Tania to guide me through the process of conveyancing which was foreign to me. Thank you very much. I will be coming back the next time I buy or sell any property.
