Starting with a comprehensive initial assessment, we will guide your recovery, taking into consideration your individual lifestyle and preferences. We will provide you with a thorough initial physical analysis to help guide your management.

Our programs are run in a great environment and our friendly and professional practitioners are always there for you. After 7 months on crutches after knee surgery and continual physio with another therapist.

Can’t recommend the team at LifeStrong Physiotherapy enough. The reception staff are so helpful and friendly, the physios are extremely knowledgeable and thorough compassionate and empathetic. They genuinely care about my individual goals and personal needs and design my treatment and program accordingly. They go above and beyond to ensure we achieve the best outcome together.

King Daniel has been more help than I could have ever imagined. I took a tumble late last year and my surgeons weren't too hopeful for me heading into the future. While I might have some pretty mean scars, because of Daniel, whether it's achievable or not, I'm pretty optimistic that I'll be back running a muck like my old self.
From the bottom of my heart I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team at Lifestrong for all their continued help. Truly looking forward to finishing this journey with you all :)

I've struggled with back pain for years and attended many physios without success. It wasn't until I went to Daniel that finally I found some relief. The pilates sessions are fantastic and the small groups allow plenty of one on one time with Daniel.
