Professional service at its best! We bought a car from another dealership over a year ago, when we left the yard we soon realised it had aircon issues that they couldn't resolve, after a lot of frustration and poor communication we decided to take it to Subaru Osbourne Park. We spoke with Brad in the service dept. he reassured us that they could work it out, and with in the day it was diagnosed, a little after that we were driving around in comfort. We cant thank Brad enough for his high level of service, its does pay to contact reputable companies like Osbourne Park Subaru because of the quality

Torn stitching on my 5 year old Subaru XV, Subaru won’t cover under warranty as they believe it is wear and tear!? You have got to be joking wear and tear isn’t stitching tearing? They took a photo of my log book when putting the claim in so they could factor in where it has been serviced into their decision. Absolutely disgusting that my new car now has torn stitching I will be lodging a complaint with the ACCC and all other relevant parties. Will not be the end of this. Avoid Subaru Osborne park and Subaru Australia as once you have purchased the car they wipe their hands of you. I have had

Destroyed the clearcoat on our XVs bonnet while washing it with a pressure washer during routine service. Never happened when we washed it or took it through car washes on our own accord.
Sent us to a shonky panel and paint place in Osborne Park chosen by them who proceeded to point to panels on the car and tell us that they had been resprayed, even certain panels that had never been touched. 🤔 Don't expect this place to tell the truth when they basically work for Subaru.

Staff are professional. Costs are presented upfront. Loan car was clean. Fast service. Would be lovely to have car washed a little better however, I do not blame staff as I understand time constraints in the service area. Would love to see a wash service added for a more detailed clean.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience today with the service of my XV. I remember why I have used an independent, mobile mechanic for years now. If there hadn’t been factory recall items that needed attending to I would have used my usual mechanic. I will be doing that again moving forward.
It’s rare I complain but it has just been such a… disappointing experience.
First up when I booked a few weeks ago I was told “we will need your vehicle for about 3 1/2 hrs”. Ok I could work with that and rescheduled business appointments I had in the morning as

I needed to buy a car whilst in isolation in a hotel. Maurice and Phil were easy to deal with, helpful and honest. I had the car delivered to my hotel as I was driving into the country the day I got out of quarantine. On my day of departure there was a minor issue with the radio of the car. The team was excellent. I brought the car in, they made a mechanic, thanks Mike, available and we spent just under an hour trouble shooting. Obviously it appears to have fixed the issue as I have not have any problems since. Well done team. Great effort and support.

I couldn’t of asked for a better first car buying experience. All of the staff were friendly. Maurice Pace, the sales consultant who took care of us, was helpful and held a very positive attitude. Maurice was professional but with a great sense of humour. The banter made us feel welcome, accepted and valued as customers instead of just another person buying a car. Would recommend this dealership if you are searching for friendly service and a wonderfully looked after car.

So one of the used car purchasers came evacuated my car. agree on price signed it was waiting on the money as I was told o would have it next day never received them amount and got a phone call from them trying to lower the agreed amount and then apparently they can cancel this I don’t think so!!

Wow :amazing service ..I have been dealing with John and service staff for approx12yrs , Highly recommend for honesty and helpfulness, much to my supprise I was given a brand new Liberty for loan car this week 😍 OMG this car is amazing ...glides on the road like silk ..amazing leg room ... seats so luxurious🤗 runs so silent that you don`t even realize that the engine has stopped and started at the lights . No slight hesitation when you take off... Beautiful car ..

I own a Nissan pathfinder and had ongoing issues with an annoying knock noise from the front. I had seen other garages to try and find the issue but to my annoyance the noise was always still there. My friend recommended Subaru Osborne Park, so I decided to book in with a service. The staff were friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. The… Technician Mike road tested the vehicle with me and asked lots of questions to help diagnose the noise. I am happy to say the noise is now gone and the vehicle drives a dream. Can not believe the poor level of customer service I received today. Had our 3 1/2 year old outback serviced ($500 mind you) on Wednesday. Specifically asking on two occasions for the battery to be checked. 2 days later and I have a flat battery and am stranded at home with 2 kids for the weekend. Apparently not enough staff to send a loan car and… yes they offer road side assist but as I haven’t signed up in their 48hr timeframe, I have to pay the call out!!!! For something I asked to be looked at!!! I could’ve lost it laughing, when she suggested an Uber to the dealership!
