I purchased a 200 series from Scarboro Toyota in July 2021 and although the customer service to sell me the car was great that’s where it stopped. I travelled from Karratha to pick up the vehicle and it had quarter tank of fuel and I realised once on the other side of Geraldton it hadn’t been serviced. I tried to call many times and constantly got… fobbed off and never got a call back. The team at PMG were helpful in servicing the car and charging it back to them once I arrived in Karratha. 6 months on I’m having to claim warranty on the window tint after it bubbled and

Dropped my new to me Hilux off, only owned it for three months and bought from Scarboro toyota. The windscreen wipers would intermittently stop working. Bought the aftermarket warranty, was told its as good as the factory warranty! They dont want to fix it? Even showed them a video of it happening? Not impressed.
