Disappointed with customer service - staff member was rude and made me feel guilty for not wanting to spending $60-70 when all I wanted was a little bunch of flowers and was flexible with what I was given.

Not sure why you’d list your Saturday open time as 9:00am if you’re not going to bother to opening at that specified time. I’ve been waiting outside for just about 15 minutes now, still dark inside, still closed.

Jessie was so beautiful in helping us arrange flowers for our wedding back in Feb she took on board everything I showed her and nudged me in the right direction the bouquet and arrangements were gorgeous and… half the price of other florists for the same thing, I appreciate when a business delivers what they say they can and does it for a reasonable cost. Thank you sooo much 😊❤️

They delivered the same day so was great but the arrangement had way less flowers for something that's $50 and the flowers didnt look fresh, the designer bouquet they made comparing it with arrangements on their website for $50 were better:(

Sadly had a bad experience with this florist. Ordered some flowers online and specified colour (as per the website). Had to follow up order - it was eventually delivered two days later, and then whats worse the wrong coloured flowers were delivered. At all stages communication with the florist was good,but no amount of communication could fix the problem that the wrong coloured flowers were delivered two days late. Not happy at all. Hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I was after a unique flower that I was having trouble getting from any other florist near me but this lovely lady, knowing it was my late mother's favourite flower, came to my rescue and made sure she got it for me when she went to the market that morning. Amazing service and I was happy with the price, too. You can tell she is passionate about her business and sometimes that makes all the difference!

I purchased some flowers for my mum last week and I must say I was overwhelmed by the friendly and helpful service I received. Let alone the amazing bunch of flowers I purchased. My mum was delighted with the arrangement and couldn't be happier. I will be going back to the individual flower gallery for all my flower needs!

An ugly bouquet,thrown together, wrapped in what looked like butchers paper. Had to ask for a card, no flower food sachet supplied with bouquet. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and had to take them as I had no alternative. Would NEVER go there again.

Wow, Wow, Wow! Individual Flower Gallery are the best flowers in town. We have had lovely service every time we have gone into the store, the ladies in there are lovely! The value for money is outstanding and have never been disappointed.
Not to mention, the quality of flowers we receive last for up to weeks.
The best place to go in the area!

I'm a florist and I know prices and I tried to purchess something from this flowers shop and they give one price today and a different one tomorrow ( I know the wherehouse price they actually purches flowers from) and I lost my time going there only to get an amazingly high price on a bunch just because she said it's her last bunch untill Saturday and she needs it , but she can sell me half :( very dissapoiting ...just tell me u don't want to sell it so I don't loose my time to come there ..

I live in the western suburbs. My best friend had just given birth to her first baby. I wanted to send some flowers now i know sending it from my area all the way to casey hospital would cost me a fair bit after ringing a few stores around the area and them umming n harshing in the cost which i felt like they had no idea n making up the pricei rang individual flower, they were very helpful telling me ideas so i picked one out and the lady even sent me a mms to show me the picture of the flowers.
