My boss reopened her business Clyde Lotto and Gifts on Wednesday, after three months of Covid 19 lockdown. To mark the occasion I wanted to send her some flowers. Rita from Ooh La La Floral Design , was fantastic.
Rita created a box of flowers exactly the way I requested, “pink, pink and more pink”, my bosses favourite colour.
Initially, I had the ordered the flowers for delivery on Thursday, then due to a last minute change, I phoned Rita to change the delivery date and she didn’t mind one bit.
A lovely lady and florist, will definitely being ordering all my flowers from Ohh La La Floral

Recently, my aunt passed away, and I looked for a company to help us with flowers. We live in the Netherlands, so I had to arrange this by email for my family. But Rita took care of everything perfectly: at Ooh La La Floral Design they understand what "customer service" means. Nothing was too much (I asked a lot of questions!) and she gave me really good advise. They even send me a picture of the wreath afterwards, so I can share this with my family. Rita took time to put extra effort in this which made us feel that we could let it go and let Rita take care. Amazing experience; wish every company
