So disappointed. I buy orientatel lillies from here often. They are always alot pricier rhan elsewhere but the quality usually outweighs the price however the bunch of lillies brought today was equal to what woolworths discounts to $5!! Will think twice before going back again. Worst bunch of lollies ever. Very very very dissatisfied & disappointed in both quality and price..

I want to express my gratitude to the lovely Caitlin at Sarah's Florist for resolving an issue we have just had. Ordered a lovely arrangement with King Protea's along with other beautiful elements for my dads birthday. The significance of this delivery goes deeper than anyone could imagine. Due to restrictions we are unable to see him on his birthday. The delivery came completely inadequate. I am thankful for the manner in which Caitlin managed this situation to arrive and an agreeable resolve. Thank-you and I will continue to come back to order my flowers from here.

I was looking for a Florist in Cranbourne, and saw great reviews and decidied to go ahead with an online order.. Great easy to follow online ordering system.. Lot of variety of flower bouquet stock. I approached the shop just before closing time and staff was very nice. They also have $10 1rose which is beautifully packed to make your partner happy for random surprises. 😊👍🏻

I did email this on the Wednesday and didn’t hear back...
Good evening
I thought I would email to express my disappointment.. I came in on Friday the 17/03 and I brought the roses a $30 roses in white and I’m really disappointed by Tuesday less then a week they started to turn brown and are almost completely dead.
I was so excited to support a local business as I love to buy flowers for my house and loved ones..

If I could give this florist zero stars I would. The complete lack of service is awful. I called from Canada to order flowers for my mum for a Saturday delivery. The guy on the phone assured me it would be fine and be delivered as per my request. I sent an email early Saturday afternoon to simply follow up and ensure the order was being taken care of. I only did this as I felt quite rushed when I placed the initial order as the guy I spoke with didn’t take all of the contact information for my mum and came across rushed and short with me. Really disappointed with this florist. Upon ordering Mother's Day flowers the guy on the phone was rude, extremely short and rushed me through. He didn't even get the address right. I tried calling numerous times on sunday the message said the florist was closed on Mother's day. They did eventually arrive at the office. Not my elderly sick mother's unit. The arrangement that arrived looked like a $35 arrangement with 3 yellow roses. The arrangement I ordered was red and pink with 10 red roses.
