The creation of this magnificent residence is the collaboration between the Owner, Architect and interior designer and all brought to reality by CPT. The extra wide entry hallway is a standout which leads you through to the heart of the home. The living /dining and kitchen areas have truly got to be seen to be believed with open plan living and picture postcard views of Sydney and its' harbour.
Greenhills Beach is a well known surf beach in Cronulla and in 2011 land was released for sale and a new Sydney beachside suburb was born. Land sizes are a generous 558m2 and the goal was to achieve a very large home for a family of 6.
Our instructions were to provide 5 generous bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk through wardrobe, office /guest accommodation, powder room, main bathroom, underground wine cellar for more than 2000 bottles with breakout retreat including wet bar, kitchen, dining, lounge room with wood combustion fire, entertaining area, in-ground pool and a 3 car garage.

This original single storey dwelling was built in 1870 with minimal improvements since its original construction. Due to its heritage status, the council had put in place several restrictions making the build some what a challenge. The outside facade had to remain visually as original, including the brick chimney.
When building this home in a streetscape that had a lack of uniformity in building type, size and architectural language, it was decided that it would be best to produce a contemporary building that looks to the future rather than attempt to mimic a past architectural style. This house is the first of its type in the street and hopefully will serve as a catalyst to encourage further commissioning of modern buildings nearby.

Used CPT for my knock down rebuild in Rose Bay and from start to finish the process was seamless contrary to what everybody was telling me about building a home. Sean was so easy to work with and I would recommend him to anybody. For me CPT is the best builder in Sydney if you want Quality. Thanks again Sean for our amazing home.
