No, Rossmark has its design team in-house. This enables a clean transition from design through to construction ensuring that the project can be built and the budget met. Every life is shaped by an environment and so the shaping of space is also the shaping of life. We design; produce all required drawings and documentation; submit them to council and other authorities, and liaise with them till we have an approval.

Rossmark has just complete a first-floor addition to our property. Having managed contracts client side for the last 20 years I can appreciate how lucky we are to have secured Rossmark for our build. Our project scope was large, involving significant structural changes to a heritage home and considerable negotiations with council to seek approval for final plans. Rossmark managed each step of the process impeccably; from concept design, construction and final hand-over.
Matt, Peter, Glen and Ben were wonderful to work with and kept us informed and consulted on a weekly basis throughout the build, alleviating concerns for us as first-time renovators

Our first floor addition was completed by Rossmark 2 months ago. From start of the process with Peter, to working throughout the build with Glen & tradies was a fantastic experience. Everything ran so smoothly. Every week Glen communicated with us and informed us the process. Glen not only talked to us, but also talked to our neighbours on behalf of us. It was really hassle-free. A professional and knowledgeable team, they helped turn our renovation ideas into 3D drawings, then into reality to create our new home. Their deep knowledge of the local council ensured DA plans were processed in a timely manner.
