Well, they say most of the campers in Australia are configured differently but basically with components imported from China anyway, so it comes down to design, fit out and quality of tradies doing the assembling, price and after sales service. That’s when after a long research I elected Prime Campers in Adelaide for our new camper the Breeze 2. Yet to find any blemish and any issue or query was instantly addressed in a professional and friendly manner. While doing modifications to our trailer i noticed that 1 tyre is LT 265/75 R16 and the Other is 265/70 R16 not LT (spare was 265/76 R16) so i rang and spoke to Sean. Firstly the trailer is less than 12 months. Sean was extremely rude and said it wasnt possible implying that i was lying. Not sure why i would make something like this up. He took no responsibility and offered no solution, eventually hung up on me...

Dealt with Nicole, First off! What excellent customer service she had. Every question I had she had an instant response. Didn't pressure at all to add on or go bigger. Struck conversation whilst doing paperwork to make me feel welcomed and pass the time. I didn't grab the gentleman's name but was also fantastic and polite.

Would not buy or suggest to anyone, after spending thousands of dollars I get sold a product that is not usable after first use (due to them not providing the correct information).No interest in replacement or having it fixed from them. Very Rude. Would avoid at all costs.

We are really happy with Sean's service and enjoy the camper too.
Before I brought the camper from Prime Campers, we had been in search of hard floor camper for my family over a year: I went to several places and looked new ones or secondhand stuff, also went to camping shows. Pretty much too overwhelming, all pretty much the same to us, Sean at Prime Campers took time with us, explained whats on the market, whats the difference different models, also walk through with us of our needs. We had camper before, which was a old soft floor camper, we got a few camping things already, Sean helped us
