Not great customer service. Prior to placing an online order I asked if the goods were in stock and it was confirmed that they were. I happily placed the order. Two weeks later I hadn't received tracking number so phoned to see where the order was and I was told it was leaving that day. Really? Two weeks to take something off the shelf and post it? I too have an online business and we ensure we ship within two business days and we're very friendly and helpful to customers who call. Hope this review helps the team to be friendlier and offer a better online shopping experience.

Arrived at store to have some rude condescending old south African guy telling me I can't have club work done when I had already arranged it with another staff member. The younger man there straight away intervined and helped me out, served me with excellent customer service. Thank you. Maybe the old gentleman should learn some customer service from him. Won't be shopping there ever again.

The website said the stock was available prior to my order, after making my purchase and then chasing my order after a few days I was told they had no stock but would have more in the next week. Fast forward 2 weeks and nothing, I chase them again only to be told it will be the end of the month atleast however no one contacted me to let me know this was the case... during this time I had a warranty replacement through another store that I posted to Perth from Sydney and then on to TM to be replaced and shipped to me which was built to spec, this took 9 days total!

Terrible customer service. Enquired about the difference of the advertised web price that when linking to the online store did not match via email. When requesting the price to be honoured, I was ridiculed. Interesting, from the email where they claimed it wasn't their mistake, they updated the price, yet stupidly forgot to check other items. Needless to say – poor experience and the non-existent customer service alerting them to an error - leads to this review (supporting another recent review below) and No Purchase! Highly recommend you to shop elsewhere.

Absolute ZERO care factor for customers and lied to on delivery times.
After initially fitted for a set I was informed delivery times would be between 4-5 weeks. After 5 weeks and following up, I was then told another 8 weeks until the clubs would realistically arrive.
After fitted for a different brand, I was promised 3-4 weeks max, which has since turned into 7 weeks with no sign of arrival and empty promises on clubs being shipped.
In the customer service retail sector, these guys have absolutely no clue. From constantly following up to being told "it's difficult with suppliers", here's some

Staffs were trying to be friendly, but they were either understaffed or not trained properly. Tried to get my grip thicken at the store, but seemed they lost one of the grip and replaced with from one of their used grip stocks. Was not happy with the color and quality of the grip, so had to purchase a new grip to match them with my other grips. I have been a customer at Castle Hill’s Power Golf hence expected same level of service, but be aware, they are different. I recommend Castle Hill’s place over Alexandria.
