Hi there. your tenants in our building 39 Harold St may be partying. This is a very critical moment for the whole city to contain the spread of Covid 19, not a time for partying. Without a good reason, people should not visit other residence or allow people outside the household to visit. Can you please look into this and stop them doing the same thing again ? We were really annoyed with the process of looking for a new house. But when Talieh showed us this house, we were really impressed by it. All document formalities were well guided and instructed by Taylor Real Estate. Even after moving into the new property, Talieh was extremely helpful in setting up repair works which were required at that moment and Taylor Real estate kept following up about the repairs which made us feel are well-taken care of which we never felt with any other property agent. Talieh's response was appalling. My unit is flooding and she gave me a generic response. I'm done with trying to save this unit .I have run out of towels and can't use my dryer because it doesn't fit in this unit. It can now flood. I will hold Taylor Property for any damage to my personal affect. I have spent the whole day mopping and sweeping the rain away
