Our premises are located at 287 Salisbury Highway, Salisbury Downs with readily accessible parking and a convenient onsite pharmacy. Europa Medical Centre has proudly served our community for over forty years, catering to generations of local family's health needs. We provide personalised, comprehensive, ongoing, and coordinated bulk billed healthcare services, recognising that illness and disease are individual experiences.
Most issues are best dealt in a consultation. Your Doctor may not be able to return phone calls immediately while he/she is consulting other patients. General inquiries via our website are acceptable but requests for appointments or other health information are best dealt with by telephoning the practice or by making an appointment from this site or via our application directly.

Please if we must wear masks please ensure that the staff stay vigilant and make sure that people wear them properly.
I am not happy to wear but at least I will wear it properly and not have my nose exposed as one lady whilst I was there and another person wearing it on his chin. I will also add that at least one staff member today also was wearing her mask correctly behind the counter and had her nose exposed.

If you go there make sure if your Australian not to see a indian sri Lankan doctors all they care about is themselves and people from there own country not prescribing certain medications to people that they know are very sick dont have a clue about medication and pathetic student doctors they have sitting in a room

If you are in need of a physio, if it is Mr Samir, dont bother. Waste of 85 dollars. Definitely definitely go to physio clinic or apparently Bridget is good but she is booked out a lot. For Mr Samir, 85 dollars for a physio session that was pretty much a nothing session.
85 bux aint easy to come by so the last thing I want to do is waste it nothing!

I definitely recommend going elsewhere. I have never had a more negative series of events with both Doctor and reception staff. First appt cancelled. Then recent appt,(phone consult) Dr never called. Then Dr Krishnan emailed me and told me to find another GP. This practice is run so unprofessionally.

The doctors are great, however the reception staff are extremely rude & arrogant they sit around & talk between themselves while patients are waiting to be signed in. Most of the reception staff lack empathy for patients. The doctors don't realise how rude the reception staff are, they should all be sent back & given additional training on having better people skills as the patients are worried about themselves and should not have to put up with the poor attitude of the reception staff.

Had severe gastro. Phoned at 2.30 pm to see dr. Was told most drs had already left for day and earliest available appt was in 2 days. Needless to say went elsewhere. Been there 3 times and had to see 3 different drs as they seem to work only a couple of sessions a week. Long waits each time and then feel pushed to get out quick. 10 week wait to see some other practitioners here.
