Whoever is on shift today, the person was so rude and didn’t respond for anything.I had such a bad experience with my eyebrows. I can do better eyebrows at home, what’s the point in coming to a salon. I wouldn’t mind if the work was not good but her customer service was so bad

I have been coming to this place for 2 years now. Being in the CBD area, this is my favourite place for getting my eyebrows and upper lips done. The place is always clean and all the staffs are friendly and experienced. Highly recommended!!!

Did my eyelashes extension here.. it was a bad experience as the staff who did my lashes was not trained well, she didn’t know how to do it. Lashes were uneven on both eyes, i could see properly yet she didn’t bothered to fix it instead she kept on saying ‘All good’. I won’t recommend others to get their eyelashes extensions from this place 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I went in to get my eyebrows threaded, and the woman who first looked after me did an amazing job. She then tinted my eyebrows and it was great! After that, the second lady at the store gave me eyelash extensions. It was my first time and she was patient and very kind. The end result is fabulous!
