On the 26/12/2021 I received a lash extension done at Sugar me southland. This was my first time receiving extensions and so I did not know how it was suppose to feel once the lashes were on and thought maybe I just wasn’t use to it. On their website they state that the extension shouldn’t be stuck to the eye lid skin and mine were which caused major irritation. Over the next few days following my application my extensions already started to fall out multiple clumps every day. By the 2/1/2022 my lash extensions on my right eye were almost completely gone, $105 wasted in a week. I went in on

Worst Customer service experience I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
For months i have been ignored because SUGAR ME burnt off my eyebrows. I go in store and the girls are so rude and dismissive. They tell me that its impossible to get in touch with someone that can help me. Absolutely revolting...
They are in risk of breaking S60 and 61 of competition and consumer act 2010.
On 28/7/21, I received a service from your southland store of an eyebrow tint and lamination of $70.00 and accompanying lamination oil for $10.00 by a member of one of your staff, named Annu. I have included a photo of the receipt

Today I saw Sumi for eyebrow microblading and I'm absolutely ecstatic with my results. I was attended to as soon as I walked in without having to wait.
