Natajsa Wagner Psychotherapy
A safe space to understand the impact of unresolved developmental trauma that your body, mind and heart are still holding. I believe that the relationship we have with ourselves and others is the essential ingredient to our emotional health, happiness and wellbeing. I also believe that healing happens in relationship and this approach is at the heart of my therapy work.

I work with people who have experienced developmental trauma (also known as adverse childhood experiences) which includes physical or emotional abuse, neglect and other stressful adversities including intergenerational trauma. Challenging physical symptoms like chronic pain, body tension, feeling on edge, zoning out anxiety and depression.
Services
I help you heal from the impact of unresolved developmental trauma, through safe, supportive and non-judgemental therapy. I live and work on the traditional land of the Turrbal and Yagera people known as Meeanjin or Brisbane.

As a person with a lived experience of individual, collective, historical, religious and cultural trauma, my curious mind and love of learning have inspired me to learn and understand the impacts of trauma on ourselves and our relationships. My training has taught me how our early relationships, attachment dynamics and life experiences influence who we are, and how we are in relationship.
Did you know that 90% of people will experience at least one traumatic event in their lifetime?. While many people move forward from their traumatic experiences, some people find it challenging to manage the impacts of trauma. Trauma is sometimes referred to as big T trauma (complex) and little t trauma (single incident).

Tash has been there sitting beside me, supporting me, encouraging me, without judgement, as I’ve explored myself on my journey over the past two years, so far. It is the absolute highlight of my week, each week. Thanks so much, Tash. Love ya’ Tash, you are FIVE STARS!

Tash is one of those rare humans who sits in stillness, listens without judgement and encourages you to live out the qualities you want to see in yourself and others. Thank you Tash.

I now understand what a difference it makes to talk about past issues or personal habits with someone who is qualified rather than trying to work through things for yourself or asking advice from family/friends.
Tash has great knowledge, experience and desire to help others and makes you feel very comfortable.
