If you're like most of my clients, the number one thing you may be feeling right now is stuck. You might be feeling like you're not living the life you were meant to be living, like there's something holding you back from reaching your full potential. Maybe anxiety is stopping you from achieving the things you know you're capable of, or you feel like you're trapped living behind a mask of who you're supposed to be, instead of who you really are.
Just talking about anxiety or trauma doesn't work very well because it only engages the 'executive' thinking part of our brain. Actually, to get better we need the mind and the body to be working TOGETHER on the problem. Working with your body, breathing and movement engages the 'lower', older parts of your brain, focusing on sensations and emotions.
It's when we help your mind taps into the clues held within your body that we can get to the root of what's keeping you stuck in anxiety, burnout and fear. My sessions use a combination of talking, movement and music in a safe and supportive environment to unlock your inner knowing, release what is buried and finally bring it forward to be resolved.
