Sarah has a Masters Degree in Counselling, a Bachelor Degree in Secondary Education (Humanities), is an accredited Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. In her work as a counsellor, supervisor and trainer, Sarah draws from a dynamic tool kit of personal life experience, formal training and on the job practice.
