On a girls weekend, we stayed in room 17, the family room. It was suuuper damp (bedding felt wet when we got into bed each night) and really dusty (for example a layer of thick dust on lampstands and the wicker tables they stood on), thick layer of dust under the bed. The carpet has large worn holes and the sofa and chairs are really quite grimy. On the positive- The bathroom was spotless, the towels great quality. The rest of the hotel was just fabulous. A great vibe, so welcoming and comfortable. The restaraunt serves fantastic meals, really excellent food. It was easy to choose eating in rather

My husband & I had our wedding here last month. After visiting multiple venues, we knew the second we walked through the doors of Links House that it was perfect. The food was incredible, the atmosphere homely and we felt like part of the family. Nothing was too much. Thank you to Jo, Sandy, Bella, Michael, Jess, Jason, little Herbie and everyone else who helped us with our day. Absolutely incredible!

We attended a wedding last week, all of the staff were fantastic, the food was wonderful as was the choice of wines. The gardens are beautiful and the hotel so wonderfully old fashioned, I imagined my grandparents coming to a hotel like this when they were young. Everything about it was just so welcoming, we wished we had booked to stay the night, next we certainly will. Many thanks Janine and Craig

Professional without pretentiousness. I stayed here for a corporate event over three days and could not fault it. The accommodation is basic but my room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The service, from breakfast to nightcap, was sublime. Everyone was so professional, warm and friendly. Nothing was ever a problem. The food was amazing, too.

We loved our stay at Links! We just got a puppy so were going to cancel and find something pet friendly but called up and they offered us a pet friendly room which was amazing. We had our own private cottage and our little pup had a ball on his first fur family holiday. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and food was delicious and the service from Michael and the rest of the staff was fantastic! Would be lovely to come back in winter and enjoy the fire place.

Lovely welcome super great staff, little things not too much trouble. Beautiful location. Bar and library area bit tired but coffee great. Room 17 (family room) felt more like a cheap motel in decor , and comfort. Sound proofing non existant so very little sleep had, due to other guest noise and early morning rubbish removal even though the bed was super comfy. Breakfast very basic but we have heard great things about dinner although we did not eat dinner therethat stay. Prepared to give it another chance though due to the staff. Hope to have dinner next time and will book room 18 next time as

The staff are very friendly and the food was nice but expensive in that you have to chose a 2 or 3 course meal, you cannot just have a main.
The place is a bit run down and nothing like the photos. Queen size room was average with a tiny bathroom and it had a musty smell and stains in carpet. Bed was comfy.
Outside gardens are nice but the pathways are broken in areas and furniture either broken or falling apart.
I wouldn't be staying there again.
Place needs a totally make over and money spent.

The staff of the hotel were lovely and helpful. We had an issue with scheduling, and they were really understanding and accommodating. The location is also really convenient to all attractions in Bowral. Beside some general cleanliness in the bathroom - this hotel was close to perfect, given the price. The restaurant and service were amazing too. I recommended Links House to others!

What can I say! This place is amazing. We just got back to Sydney from a weekend in Links House. The vibe and old school feeling is the first thing that impressed us on arrival. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Make sure to get Joe to make you a margarita and if you have dinner in the hotel be sure to get the steak! We booked another weekend in winter before we left and we can’t wait to come back! We stayed in room 1 & 7 the rooms are so cozy.
