Yes, home visits are available for all DVA clients and those unable to attend clinic visits due to health concerns or transport issues. Home visits are only available on Bribie Island, Sandstone Point and Ningi. All clients with current referral from their GP under a chronic disease management plan and team care arrangement will be bulk billed.
