If you've been charged with a criminal or traffic offence you don't have to face it alone. The outcome of your Court case might be life changing, so give yourself the best possible chance with one of our lawyers. We will advise you of your rights, get you ready for your Court appearance and explain the Court procedures so you understand what's happening.
The purpose of obtaining references, where a person is being sentenced for a criminal or traffic offence, is to provide the court with some evidence about the person's character, their status in the community and their attitude to the offence, including how committing and pleading guilty to the offence has impacted upon them.
At Dodd Bedford & Associates our traffic and DUI lawyers have been fighting on behalf of people charged with traffic offences under the Road Safety Act, Transport Act and other driving and traffic laws since 1980. Whether you've been caught drink driving, driving on a suspended or disqualified licence, or been charged with careless or dangerous driving we can help.
If you take the time now to make an effective legally binding Will and Testament you can save your family not only stress but money in what will undoubtedly be a difficult time for them. At the same time as considering your Will we strongly recommend that you also put in place plans for any future incapacity through Power of Attorney and Guardianship documents.

I would recommend seeking legal assistance from a different legal practitioner. It will be the best and least stressful thing you do for yourself.
Do not take responsibility for their actions and will degrade you for telling them what their inaction has cost you. Should be very ashamed to be practising. 9 months and not even a call back.
