Services
Founding partners David Baker and David O'Brien began practising law in Bundaberg in 1975. They established the firm at 7 Maryborough Street, in what was the "Gordon Club", where it operates to this day. Both David Baker and David O'Brien are well-known and highly-regarded members of the profession in Bundaberg, working in the areas of commercial and personal injury law.
All of our lawyers and staff are located at the firm's business premises in the heart of Bundaberg. Our office address is 7 Maryborough Street, Bundaberg. Most legal services are charged in accordance with a costs agreement, which is provided to you at the commencement of the matter, and which must be signed and returned before any work is done.
Whilst our physical location is in Bundaberg, the law we cover applies the same throughout Queensland. Our clients mainly reside in the Bundaberg and Wide Bay Region where they have the convenience of dropping into our centrally located office in Maryborough Street. Due to the digital age we live in, clients can engage with us from anywhere in the world.
