We have used Wojtej Kochanowski for many years as our support and provider of IT services. While he is not the cheapest, he is faultless in his additional services and backup. No question is too small or too untimely to which he is willing to respond. His work with us on 29th January 2020 was a good example. In the midst of our struggles with NBN and trying to get the service for which we are paying, he was a voice of reason and certainty. He could also talk to Telstra in the language that they understand and helped to sort things better than we could manage. We give 9/10 only because perfection
