I couldn't have asked for more. Ramy provided a professional service, tackled a major problem and provided advice throughout the process. He followed it up by addressing my post-repair questions and providing a few extra services that weren't part of the original brief. After two trips online to an online IMac repair .source ,one to Apple service centre with no improvement on my Desktop I decided just to forget it and rely on my IPad .By accident saw Techie Gurus online,decided one last attempt. To my amazement u nder an hour by Ramy at a cost of only $90 every thing with my Desktop now functions .From memory the previous attempts would have cost me in excess of $500 with Nil result

Ramy was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explained IT things to me so that I could understand them; gave me options; and was very pleasant to deal with. I was never pressured into a course of action or to buy any specific hardware or software.

I was very impressed with Ramy from Techie Gurus who clearly explained everything I needed to know, he kept me informed of what was required and due to a need to have the computer back in a hurry, he rushed the repair through for me. Great service from Techie Gurus. My laptop hinges and screen etc broke just before Christmas week. I called TG. They picked up my Laptop (still able to use it but not close or move it) and had it for only 48 hours and gave me a quote to repair so that I could claim on insurance. They then ordered parts, but delivered the laptop back for use, until parts arrived. Then only took two days to repair. Ramy explained every step, what parts failed etc and also knew that I needed use of my laptop so I was able to use it till parts arrived. Would highly recommend this group to my friends for repairs or
