Unfortunately Im with the last reviews and clearly all of the "happy" customers are months and months old!
The shop assistant was quick to write me a report of what they would do, with no price attached or timeframe. After not hearing anything I called and called the store but no answer and no voicemail and it was only by fluke that I managed to catch some rude person answr the phone one afternoon.
I finally was able to collect my computer and paid an expensive amount of money and still the computer is not fixed, doing the same thing it did before I took it there! Never going back!

I have been a customer of Hanu Computers for 10 years, and as a female I have been very happy to call Nishu to my house to fix and update my computer, software and install my new printer. I went to see these guys at Hanu Computers due to issues I was having with my Alienware. They not only did they found a solution to my problem after spending many hours (10+) working on my computer which was not cooperating, but they only charged by for a fraction of the time. They also offered heaps of advice and options moving forward. Some of the best customer service I have had in many years, as such I would highly recommend them to any person have issues with their PC.

They know what they're on about and through repeat visits (and comparing their services to others) I can tell you straight up that they can be trusted with what they say. To me this is really important in services where you basically have to believe what is told to you about the problem.
Whether it's been problems with hard drives, cracked screens, software issues; it's always been fixed quickly and most importantly is affordable. Even had an MAC screen replaced (with an official product) at half the price that Apple
