Awesome service, Laptop broke down a few days b4 due to go overseas, panicked as had all my study on there and. Jason was awesome got rid of all the Trojans & viruses the kids picked up surfing the net & i was having issues with my. Really impressed with the service. Called in the morning and Anthony arrived on time, excellent friendly service and at. a very reasonable rate.

These guys (Jason) showed up when they said they would which is great start. They were professional and knew their stuff so had my new email system up and running with minimum fuss. The follow up service has been excellent and overall was surprisingly affordable. Would definitely use them again.

Cheap Geek were great. I initially rang and no one answered however received a phone back within the hour. Arranged a technician to come over (Damien) the day after.
He was great. Came over and did an assessment of the laptop and provided his expertise. It was an overall great experience as he explained a lot of details to us. Would highly recommend!! I received the invoice and details the next working day! Super speedy turn around time.

Online game kept dropping frames causing major lag spikes. I had my laptop taken to a different comp. repair shop a few months ago and they said they needed to take it apart, so my partner suggested cheap geek and I got them to check it out. Turns out I only needed more RAM and have some stuff updated. Also got great advice to get my laptop to perform faster.
Couldn't be any happier with the service! Very prompt and efficient. Damien was awesome. Friendly, polite and he thoroughly looked through everything to see that the issue was resolved. Clearly knew what he was doing :) highly recommend
