Sylvia is an experienced solicitor, who has experience negotiating commercial deals from start to finish as well as understanding the importance of structuring and planning at the outset of business transactions. Sylvia started her legal career undertaking her articles of clerkship with Biggar & Maguire, as Big Law was then known.
I prefer a diverse range of work and being in a suburban general practice allows for this. I regularly attend local lawyers meetings and seminars and workshops held by the Queensland Law Society to keep abreast of new developments. I completed my combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business in 2001.

Used Big Law for conveyancing on my new (and first) home. Cost was high for the little work done. They exhibited a lack of knowledge of eligibility for waving stamp dutie fees for first home buyers. Cost of over $3000 and the only way we got the fees waved was with our own research (which was successful). Will never recommend this company to anyone.
