A purchase contract will generally favour the vendor/seller; therefore, it is prudent to have it reviewed by an experience qualified Lawyer. Where a property you purchase has any unpaid Land Tax, Accrued Council Rates, Water Bills or Outstanding Body Corporate Fees attributed to the property by the existing owner, it can be transferred to you as part of the purchase, unless it is identified and rectified?

Go with proper solicitors even if you have to pay more as you get what you pay for and not limited to how many emails they correspond on your behalf.
Sales gimmick of having a dedicated point of contact is probably because of the limited personnel they have. As pointed out by the other 1 star review, couldn’t get in contact when required at a critical point of negotiation. Were prompt with the invoice though.
Can probably tell by their responses to positive feedbacks only what they think about fixing their problems.
