We found the search process was extremely time consuming, dealing with selling agents was never straight forward, and there never seemed to be much available on the market for what we wanted.

I interviewed a few local buyers agents, one of which was Frank Russo.
Frank wasn’t the cheapest out of the three I spoke to, but I could see why he gets the results he does after I had the chance to meet with him.
It’s not a cheap service and I felt very reluctant at first, but decided to bite the bullet and got Frank on my side.
Frank was excellent to deal with from start to finish, he was very honest and advised against going after properties that were outside my reach
