All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the owner's permission and/or quotes before any work can commence, so a time lag is sometimes unavoidable.

A very high quality property management team. If you have a property and are looking to rent it out, I'd recommend reaching out to Erica Elzein and the R&W team more broadly. I'm a tenant, but I work extensively in this space. The R&W team know the market, and will secure the rental value (and tenant) that is most in your interest. Very professional, very flexible, responsive, and direct communication style. Highly recommended.

Do not rent your investment properties with this agency. We have been loyal tenant for six year and the two times we required the agency's assistance, it was radio silence. As tenant's we were constantly chasing the agency to respond and not they are provided us with false information on our bond return and we are still owed money.
Take your business elsewhere because RW Double Bay are hopeless!
Rent through RW Potts Point, much friendlier, responsive and they care.
The dissatisfaction has nothing to do with COVID, it is around the lack of communication provided by R&W
