Finally the tenants from hell have just moved out after Sunland stated they knew the tenants and could "vouch for them". Police had been called a few times due to screaming and arguing. Carpets now have to be replaced to due animal urine and stentch, broken blinds, burnt out air conditioner, broken kitchen cupboards and the list goes on. There was a nice patch of lawn now dirt! Thanks Sunland!!! One star only because I had to
