Getting my car fixed at Nissan CKD I’m starting to get used to bringing my car back a day or two to do some minor fixes because the repairers haven’t fixed it properly and they are too rough and unprofessional. Every time I bring my car back for the second fixing, they never apologize for wasting my time. Do I have to familiarize myself with this routine every time?
On Wednesday 1st Sep, I took my car to get it regular service and let them fix a puncture in my tyre.
Again, on Thursday 2nd Sep I had to go back to fix my steering wheel that wasn’t set up properly.

I have always had very good experiences here. They don't disappoint me and make me to drive there 45min to service my Qashqai is spite of the fact other branches are closer to me.
They give a wash as well to my car after each service. They do care about their customers that make them very specific Nissan service in Sydney.

Jerry and Leyton were amazing.
Me and my husband went in Nissan Chatswood on a Sunday and Jerry immediately walked up to us and provided assistance the second we walked in their dealership. We were looking for a Nissan Pathfinder 4wd and they didn’t have any stock available but Jerry made phone calls and secured a unit from VIC. We will never forget Jerry’s words “We really want to get your business, this is what we’ll do...”. In a nutshell, they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers.

Very friendly and efficient staff. I came in because of a factory recall and the job was finished very quickly; 30 minutes faster than estimated.
There is a customer lounge area provided if you want to wait, like I did, that has tea and coffee making facilities as well as free WiFi. The only down side was that the internet connection was excruciatingly slow.
