Nothing short of Excellent! It was smooth sailing from the moment I first called the dealership all the way till I drove the new car out! Service was superb!
David was very accomodating and really ironed things out in detail with me. Jamil explained finances and repayments extremely well. And Jane gave me a discount on the tint.
There are other dealerships closer to me but wouldn't mind driving farther to this one. Thank you Col Crawford team!

David and the team always strive to provide the best possible customer service. Nothing is to difficult, they go out of their way to make servicing your car easy and hassle free. As a regular country traveller they are always available and helpful if I have concerns about my car or want to check if I should alter my car settings for the driving conditions. We used other BMW service centres previously, however since stumbling on to Col Crawford we would only ever buy from them, and have our cars serviced by them. We have had 8 years of continuously great customer service. We wouldn’t go anywhere

I recently had a service issue with my BMW M550 the part needed to come from Germany. Dave the service manager kept me updated on progress all through the process. I i didnt have my car for a month, Col Crawford gave me a great loan service vehicle. I cant recommend Col Crawford BMW highly enough from my original purchase to after sales service. An extra star for Dave in service for his initiative knowing an oil change was due in another few weeks they also did that to save me another trip back. Well done to all regards Steve McCosker

I have been having my BMW X5M and my wife’s BMW X5 diesel vehicles serviced at Col Crawford BMW Service Centre in Brookvale now for over a decade and I cannot speak highly enough of the quality service provided by Service Manager David Wright and his team of service technicians and mechanics.
We have always had our vehicles serviced or repaired in a very timely fashion with the utmost care, consideration and communication!

I can't really fault the customer service from Col Crawford BMW at all. From day one, Dennis and Joel have been nothing short of phenomenal. They've always been a phone call or a text message away, going above and beyond in every aspect of my purchase. I'm not a stranger to buying new cars, but buying a car I had never seen nor driven before made me hesitant and really tested my trust and courage but I always felt like I was in very good hands - and indeed I was.

My wife and I purchased a used 2019 Volvo XC40 from Col Crawford BMW. The sales rep, Andrew Goodman was excellent from the get go! In these COVID times, a test drive was not really possible. Andrew sent us a video overview of the vehicle. His information and advice on the vehicle was such that we made an informed decision without actually seeing it. When we picked it up, it was beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the car and our buying experience in these difficult COVID times.
