The McCarroll's Automotive Group was founded 40 years ago in rural New South Wales. Our country origins shaped our way of life and business back then, and continue to across our eight locations today. We have my wife's Fiat maintained by McCarrolls and are delighted with the service they provide. Richard looked after us and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept in contact with us as needed and the service we required was done exactly as requested. I could not be happier with Richard and the team there. Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Very unprofessional. I took my jeep for service there , they forgot to do some of them, had to take it again but same thing happened . 2 month later they called and asked me my car is due for routine Service. Compare to other places they are very expensive.

NEVER buy a car from McCarroll’s or from the Stellantis company. They sold me an absolute lemon - the car has only just turned 4 and I’m now up to the 12th time that I’ve presented an on-going engine issue to Alfa Romeo - and now, between them and Stellantis (the parent company covering Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Fiat, Jeep, Maserati etc.) refuse to take ownership of the situation.

I had my car serviced here for two years. This year they gave me one cost for the service but upon arrival they give additional costs that was not explained over the phone.

Unbelievably bad service. Took 2 weeks just to fit and program a transfer case module which is a very easy module to get too. (under passenger seat) that was the only job i asked for, so they decided to service the vehicle without checking all asking permission, it was just serviced 2 weeks prior to this.
Don't bother using them.
TO HARD, TYPICAL BAD DEALER SERVICE.

Always easy to deal with, extremely professional, 5 star customer service every time from start to end. They have fixed things on my car that 4 dealers previously couldn't get fixed. Highly recommend.

I had my Fiat 500c serviced yesterday at McCarroll's Service Centre. It was easy to book in, I was warmly greeted, plenty of parking. I was given a text message with photographs of work that needs to be done and pricing and a call from Richard to run me through the quoted work. I was always kept up to date with phone calls and they even cleaned the car for me. It was a major service and quite expensive - but Richard ran me through all the components and why it needed to be done. I will be servicing my car here from now on.

UPDATE: One year later my second service was exceptional so I can only assume they've updated their procedures. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, bus to the station and back provided. Great job and I now recommend this place to everyone.
Not recommended. When I purchased the car, as part of the negotiation instead of reducing the price, there dealer offered the free service for three years. When a year later I brought the car in, I discussed this with them, they confirmed that yes I have a free service. Staff told me I'd get an SMS with a link to view the work that will be done and
